✅ Responsibilities as a Social Media Manager

• Work with Veronica to create engaging and educational content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Help brainstorm video ideas, research college admissions-related topics, and assist in developing scripts for video shoots.
• Lead social media experiments — testing new content formats, platform features, and storytelling approaches to grow reach and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day content posting, scheduling, and community interactions.
• Track social media performance analytics and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
• Identify and work with international student creators and brand advocates to amplify our voice and impact.
• Stay ahead of trends in education, Gen Z culture, and digital media to keep Borderless at the forefront of the conversation.
